چکیده

The study attempted to assess the impacts of brick kilns emissions on farm soil in and around kiln areas. A total 72 representative samples were collected from 12 selected clusters Rajshahi Gazipur Districts Bangladesh, covering two years (September 2015 August 2017). analyzed using standard methods. pH organic matter content found be very low. parameters such as pH, matter, texture critical conditions. Among all heavy metals, only Cr exceeded permissible some samples. concentration ion varied 9.50 52.77 16.54 70.13 ppm Districts, respectively indicated chance metal contamination plants. results showed that values factor (Cif) ecological risk (Eir) existed order Cd > As Pb Zn Zn, respectively. also pollution load index lower than 1 150, respectively, at sampling locations indicating metals observed continuous production over periods degraded topsoil fertility reduced agricultural productivity.
